Course Maps
Aid Stations / Nutrition:
Aid Stations will be equipped with water and sports drink, GU gels, and gummy bear chews. Water will be provided at the starting line.

A limited supply of First Aid will be located at all Aid Stations on each course, and at the Finish Line.

There will be Aid Stations located every 2-3 miles along the course.

There will be toilets near every aid station along the course.

Marathon (26.2 Miles)

Runners are required to finish in 6 hours (before 2:00pm). As long as a runner is making reasonable progress we will most likely not pull them from the course, but they will need to follow traffic laws at that point if they are falling behind that pace.

Marathon Team Relay (26.2 Miles)

Relay Teams will run the same course as the Marathon.

Teams can consist of 2, 3, or 4 runners. There will be three Relay Exchange Zones along the course. These zones are TBD.
